Welsh National Champion 2010, U23 winner of the Rås, Ireland in 2008.  Silver medal in the National Team Time Trial Championships in 2011 as well as the bronze medal in the Team Pursuit at the National Track Championships.  5th Round 5, Stoke Halfords Tour Series 2011 and 6th in both Aberystwyth & Colchester.
